Site work for a water / sewer project in Kingstree, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

***As of October 4 ,2019 project has been awarded with the amount of 366,478.50. The work to be completed as a part of this project consists of providing all required materials, equipment and labor necessary to construct the 2016 Sewer Rehabilitation-Division A, including replacement of approximately 1,452 linear feet (LF) of 12" gravity sewer line with 16" Ductile Iron gravity sewer line; replacement of seven (7) existing manholes; modifications to two (2) existing manholes; removal and replacement of asphalt pavement: and related items. Bidders must deposit security with all bids. Security shall be in the form of a certified check or bid bond made payable to the Owner, and shall be for an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Provisions of the security shall be as described in the Information for Bidders. No bid will be considered unless the bidder is legally qualified under the provisions of the South Carolina Contractor's Licensing Law (South Carolina Code of Laws as amended on April 1, 1999, Chapter 11, Sections 40-11-10 through 40-11-428). No bidder may withdraw the bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening and thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
