Site work for a water / sewer project in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project includes 18" through 48" storm drainage pipe and structure removal and installation, 18" and 36" CIPP (Cured in Place Pipe Lining), paving, curb and gutter, concrete work, tree removal and headwall construction and other related work. Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work. A 5% bid security is required with each bid that equals or exceeds $300,000.
