Site work for a water / sewer project in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of August 12, 2019, the project has not yet been awarded. ** This project consists of the sanitary sewer rehabilitation of approximately 7,500 LF of the McAlpine Creek 54-inch sewer outfall with a cured-in-place lining. The project will extend from Country Day School downstream for 7,500 linear feet terminating at Post Ridge Court. This project contains sensitive information as defined by Charlotte Water. Therefore, all companies (i.e. General Contractors, Electrical Subcontractors, vendors, equipment manufacturers, etc.) interested in bidding on this project must complete and submit an Information Security Agreement. North Carolina laws and regulations apply. The City complies with the Americans With Disabilities Act and will provide contract materials in alternate format upon 72-hours written request. Reasonable accommodations and auxiliary aids will also be provided upon 72-hours written request. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
