Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Thorold, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 16,150-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

The City is soliciting responses from qualified and experienced General Contractors for the supply and installation of, but not limited to, supply of all materials, labour and equipment for the construction of a new one-storey fire station complete with three drive-thru apparatus bays, offices, training room, washrooms, and dormitories, kitchen, dining lounge and fitness room for career staff. The scope of work also includes temporary fencing, removals and disposal, site excavation and grading, removal and disposal at certified dump site of unused soil, concrete sidewalks, asphalt parking lot, trees and plantings, lighting, plumbing, storm water management infrastructure, two (2) years maintenance / warranty. Only pre-qualified Contractors have the opportunity to submit their bid for the Fire Department - Thorold Fire Station #1 Project.
