Only pre-qualified Contractors have the opportunity to submit their bid for the Rehabilitation And Adaptive Re-Use Upgrades To Municipal Operations Centre Project. The City is soliciting responses from qualified and experienced Contractors for supply and installation of, but not limited to, supply of all materials, labour and equipment for the construction and demolition, a new one-story office and lobby addition, extensive interior renovations and site works for the rehabilitation and adaptive re-use upgrades of the existing Municipal Operation Centre, site control, temporary fencing, removals and disposal, site excavation and grading, removal and disposal at certified dump site of unused soil, asphalt parking lot, 2 years maintenance / warranty. Value Range 1,000,001 ~ 10,000,000$ *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
