This Request for Proposal (the RFP) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara (Niagara Region) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Supply and Installation of a Wired Resident Communication Response System (Nurse Call System) for Two (2) Niagara Region Long-Term Care (LTC) Home Redevelopments, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The two Niagara Region LTC Homes currently being redeveloped are: a) Linhaven - a new 256 bed LTC Home and Wellness Centre being redeveloped on the existing Linhaven site located at 403 Ontario Street in St. Catharines; and b) Gilmore Lodge - a new 160 bed LTC Home and Wellness Centre to be built on a greyfield site located at 200 Garrison Road in Fort Erie.
