Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Winchester, Ohio. Working plans call for the construction of a stadium; clubhouse / community center; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; 436-space sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of September 19 2023, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** All labor, material, and services necessary for the McGill Park Ph2A - Pickleball Courts (the "Project"), consisting of pickleball courts and parking lot construction, including: excavation and embankment, asphalt paving, court surfacing, storm sewers, fencing and other miscellaneous item. The estimated cost of construction for the work outlined in the plans and specifications is Base Bid: $575,000 All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
