Site work and renovation of a road / highway in Leavenworth, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for the renovation of a road / highway.
This solicitation is for the construction at one (1) Project Site. The Contractor shall provide labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform construction services, including, but not limited to, installation of an Owner furnished radio tower and generator assembly. Work shall also include site and road improvements. The Contractor will not be responsible for obtaining rights of entries, site leases and building permits, nor will it be responsible for installing the electronic communications equipment at the Sites. Bid Guaranty: Not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price. Submit all inquiries in writing via email to the Contract Specialist. No verbal answers by any County personnel or its agents and consultants will be binding on the County. This information is available in alternate formats for individuals with disabilities upon advance request by calling 206-263-9400, TTY Relay: 711. No oral clarification or interpretations will be made to any Bidder as to the meaning of the Contract Documents. Requests for clarifications shall be made in writing (via e-mail, fax, or delivery) to the Contract Specialist identified in §00020 no later than January 15, 2019. The County may not respond to requests for clarifications that are received outside of this timeframe.
