Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sugar Land, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

QA date 12:00 PM on or before Friday, February 4, 2022. The project includes the installation of reinforced concrete storm sewer pipe, ranging in size from 24"-54" as well as concrete manholes and inlets. This also includes the replacement of concrete pavement, driveways and some sidewalk along the proposed storm sewer route. Several sanitary sewer conflicts will require conflict manholes, and some sanitary leads will require replacement and/or reconnection. Supplemental items have been included to account for field conditions and any unforeseen difficulties with the project scope. Options to field-modify existing inlets or replace inlet grates with solid plates are also included. These items will be utilized at the discretion of the Owner. The proposed pavement and subgrade materials will be selected at the discretion of the Owner. The full project scope includes work in five areas. The areas have been divided into base and add alternate bids. The base bid includes Areas 1 and 5; Add Alternate 1 includes Area 3; Add Alternate 2 includse Area 4; and Add Alternate 3 includes Area 2. Add alternates will be included or disculded from the contract scope at the discretion of the Owner.
