The project involves the replacement of the existing deteriorating open steel grate deck steel truss bridge with a new pre-stressed concrete spread box beam bridge on the same location and alignment. The project includes minor approach work, drainage and guide rail. All work contained within an overall length of 365 linear feet (0.069 miles) as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package.
