Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Requests for clarification are due Friday, April 15, 2022 3:00:00 PM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. The Work comprises of the reconstruction of concrete flatwork which shall be marked and shown for the pre-bid walkthrough, as well as the installation of a polyurea coating inside of two flume channels, workmanship and all appurtenances for a complete job in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work comprises of the reconstruction of A. Concrete Flat Work which shall be marked and shown for the mandatory pre-bid walkthrough, as well as the B. Flume Repair, which consists ofthe installation of a polyurea coating inside oftwo flume channels, workmanship and all appurtenances for a complete job in accordance with the Contract Documents. Each project will stand on its own; the Mountaintop Area Joint Sanitary Authority may choose to complete both ofthe projects on the Bid Schedule or any part ofthe Bid Schedule or select separate Contractors for each project
