Metals, CLT, Lab & Architectural Finishes . This bid package includes only the following: Polished Concrete Floors, Architectural Precast, Misc. Metals, Feature Stairs, CLT, Architectural Woodwork, Doors, Frames & Hardware, Interior Glazing, Tile, Flooring, Terrazzo, Painting, Accessories, Lockers, Loading Dock Equipment, Lab Casework & Equipment, Window Treatments, Auditorium Seating, Site Furnishings & Fencing. Construction is expected to be complete in March 2020, with a Spring 2020 opening date.
