SCOPE OF PRECONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES Preconstruction Phase Services will be provided under the terms contained in the CM/GC Contract and paid for on a cost-reimbursement basis with an established maximum not-to-exceed limit. The specific scope of Preconstruction Phase Services is identified in Article 3 of the CM/GC Contract. The selected CM/GC shall perform the following Preconstruction Phase Services: 1.
