Scope of work: is to include all necessary labor, material and equipment for Renovation of 3,058 sf existing Emergency Department Waiting, Reception/Registration, Triage area and existing Exam spaces on the 1st floor of the Community Campus Upstate University Hospital. New construction will be similar and compatible with the existing building; construction Type 1A.
