Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

As of 03/16/2022 This project has not been awarded. Questions regarding electronic submissions are welcome via email through Purchasing.Agent@allentownpa.gov. Performance and Labor & Materialman's Bonds in the amount of one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price, 2 Maintenance bond to comply with the Guaranty (See Section 1.17) in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the contract amount for a period of twelve (12) months from the final acceptance by the City.
