Site work for a water / sewer project in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price shall be submitted with the bid. A performance bond of one hundred percent (100%) shall be submitted within fifteen (15) days om the date a bid has been accepted. This project is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the prevailing wage rates are incorporated into the bid documents. Only bids from qualified contractors will be accepted. The selected contractor must have adequate experience, as deemed by the Township, in rivering and dam rehabilitation. The contractor is expected to provide verifiable references for this past work on the Bidder Qualification Form. South Whitehall Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept either in whole or in part any one bid or combination of bids and to accept the bid which it determines in its best interests
