A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. prevailing time, at the offices of the Allentown Housing Authority at 1339 West Allen Street, Allentown, PA 18102. Following the meeting, bidders will have the opportunity to view the existing conditions at the project site. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. Interested Firms are requested to respond by bid submission satisfying the requirements of the Contract Documents on or before Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. prevailing time. Bids shall only be submitted electronically via the Penn Bid Program. Questions may be submitted through the Penn Bid Program on or before Friday, July 26, 2024 at 4:00 P.M. Responses will be provided to all registered plan holders no later than Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at 4:30 P.M.
