Due to unknown conditions, the City is requesting unit pricing for the repair and preservation of the retaining wall. Any increase and/or decrease to the work will be invoiced/credited at the unit price rates identified on the Proposal Page(s), as attached herein. The quantities provided on the Proposal Page(s) are estimates only.
