Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in San Marcos, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of replacing the existing 8-inch wastewater line with a 10-inch main along Ed JL Green Dr. from Sessom to Alta Vista. Additionally, the project will address storm water issues identified in the comprehensive storm water Master Plan at Sites 18a (South of Alta Vista St.) and 18b (Rogers Ridge St. to Alta Vista St.) along Ed JL Green. 18a may include a new outfall and water quality pond near Salt Grass Restaurant. Water funding to address possible utility conflicts. Sidewalk and pedestrian improvements within project limits. Electric funding to address likely pole conflicts. The project is included in the city's 2022-2031 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of April 11, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
