**As of April 05, 2021, project has not been awarded. The City of San Marcos Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a contractor to renovate, repair and finish the existing concrete slab located at the old water tower with cement coating at the San Marcos Cemetery on RR12. All requests for interpretation of the Contract Documents during the bidding process or regarding this Invitation for Bid MUST be submitted to the City Purchasing Manager. Inquiries will be emailed to Rachel Shelton, Construction Contract Specialist, RShelton@sanmarcostx.gov and will include a contact name and email address. The Owner will consider all inquiries received at least ten (10) calendar days received prior to the bid opening date. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any minor informality in any Bid or solicitation procedure, whenever the City deems the rejection or waiver to be in its best interest (a minor informality is one that does not affect the competitiveness of the Bid). The estimated construction cost is $25,000. Substantial Completion within 60 Working Days after the Project Start Date Final Completion within 90 Working Days after the Project Start Date
