Work will include but will not necessarily be limited to: A) Mill and overlay existing street and restripe new lane configuration. Demolish and replace curb and gutter. Provide new planting bed bump outs. B) Demolish existing concrete sidewalk and replace with approximate 10' wide concrete sidewalk with brick borders and sandblasted accents. Furnish and install site furniture and seating areas along corridor. C) Planting and irrigation of new landscape areas. D) Coordinate with SCE&G for removal of existing lights and installation of new conduit and street lights by SCE&G.
