SCOPE OF SOLICITATION The SC Technical College accepting offers to establish an elevator maintenance and services contract at Denmark Technical College in Denmark, SC. Start date: 03/30/2023 End date: 03/29/2028. Dates provided are estimates only. Any resulting contract will begin on the date specified in the notice of award. See clause entitled "Term of Contract - Effective Date/Initial Contract Period". [01- 1040-1] This a one (1) year contract with four (4) one (1) year options to renewal with a maximum contract period of five (5) years.
