Remodeling and addition to a library in Cicero, Indiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a 4,400-square-foot, one-story above grade library; and for the remodel of a 15,100-square-foot, one-story above grade library.
Construction began in the Spring of 2019 and is now complete. Project consist of a 4,400 SF addition and renovation to the existing 15,100 SF facility. Parking lot is not included in this package. Sidewalks related to the addition are included. There are three alternates as listed on the cover sheet of the drawings and also on the bid form and alternate specification section. Notice is hereby given, Hagerman, Inc., hereinafter "Contractor" on behalf of the Hamilton County Public Library, hereinafter "Owner," will receive sealed bids for the construction of the Hamilton County Public Library Project located at 209 W Brinton St, Cicero, IN 46034. All correspondence shall be directed to the Contractors main point of contact Any Bidder who has direct or indirect contact with any Owner, Owners Representative, Architect or Engineer employee or agent regarding the bid will be disqualified.
