Site work for a water / sewer project in Cicero, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Morse Landing Drive Underdrain Replacement consists of approximately 2,000 LF of 6” underdrain, removal and replacement of approximately 2,000 LF of concrete curb, related site work, and appurtenances. The project area is on the North/West side of Morse Landing Drive between N Lanyard Drive and Moonlight Bay Circle. All prime contractors, subcontractors, small, minority, disadvantaged and/or women business enterprises and other interested parties are invited and encouraged to submit a Bid. Contractors and subcontractors performing public works with a value of $300,000 or greater must be certified by the Indiana Department of Administration (IDOA) in accordance with IC 4-13.6-4. Each Bid must include the following completed and executed items: 1. Proposal Form 2. Form 96 (State Board of Accounts) 3. Bidder’s Financial Statement (if required by Form 96) 4. Bid Bond or certified check (5% of Bid amount) 5. E-Verify Affidavit 6. Bidder’s written plan for a program to test Bidder’s employees for drugs in accordance with IC 4-13-18. Before commencing Work, the Bidder to whom the Work is awarded will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in an amount equal to the Contract Price, and certificates of insurance as required in the Specifications and by Statute. All Bonds and liability insurance shall remain in effect for a period of twelve (12) months following completion and OWNER acceptance of construction.
