Saving Project...

Site work for a civil project in Kent, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Work consists of erosion and sediment control, grading, excavation, water main, concrete cast-in-place floodwall and revegetation over a project site of roughly 14 acres. Approximately 2,400 linear feet of floodwall and 3,700 of water main will be constructed as part of this project. Subcontracting Opportunities: concrete floodwall, utilities (water main), erosion and sediment control, removals, excavation and fill. Apprenticeship Requirements: 15% minimum Apprentice Utilization Requirement. SCS Utilization Requirements. 10% minimum requirement for King County Certified Small Contractors and Suppliers (SCS). Community Workforce Agreement (CWA): This Contract is subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Community Workforce Agreement for this Project. Bid Guaranty: Not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price. Bids received after Sealed Bid Time will not be considered. Bidders accept all risks of late delivery, regardless of fault. King County is not responsible for any costs incurred in response to this Invitation to Bid.
