the Scope of Work Consists of Constructing an Approximately 750 Square Foot Concrete Masonry Unit (Cmu) Building to Include a Booster Pump Station and Control Valve Skid and Appurtenances, Electrical, Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Onsite Stormwater Drainage; Site Paving, Grading, Lighting, and Security Fencing; a New on-site Propane Generator; Propane Tank and Accessories; Gas Service Line Extension; and Installation of Approximately 1,500 Linear Feet of 12-inch Ductile Iron Water Main. the Owner Will Not Have Bid Documents Available for Purchase. All Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Postal Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond Payable to the lake Meridian Water District and in an Amount of Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid Amount. Bid Securities of Unsuccessful Bidders Will Be Returned After the Contract is Awarded.
