The project consists of refurbishment of an existing elevated tanked tank as summarized below. A. Refurbishment of a 1.0-million-gallon multi-leg steel elevated storage tank including painting and coating. B. Tank accessories replacements C. Site Work Clearing and limb removal; Fence segment replacement. D. Altitude valve and valve vault. E. Union County Emblem Logos to be painted on tank. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing via email to Corey Brooks, Procurement Specialist at corey.brooks@unioncountync.gov. Deadline for questions is 5pm on October 15, 2021. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner further reserves the right to reject the Bid and Bidder whom they find, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, to not be responsible.
