Green Bay Street - 14th St to East Avenue This project consists of reconstructing Green Bay Street from 14th Street to East Avenue. The existing storm sewer and sanitary sewer will be replaced and new runs of watermain and storm sewer will be installed. Items to bid include approximately 6800 SY of new asphalt pavement, 3400 LF of new curb and gutter, 1385 LF of storm sewer, 10 storm sewer catch basins, 3 new storm sewer manholes, 1658 LF of sanitary sewer, 4 new sanitary manholes, 560 LF of watermain, and other items necessary to complete the project.
