The South Dakota Air National Guard, Joe Foss Field ANG Base, Sioux Falls, SD has issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single, firm fixed-price (FFP) contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for Project LUXC099042, Construct Aircraft Maintenance Shops. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment and material for the construction of a new 38,975 SF facility including administration and maintenance areas. Project includes site work, landscaping, demolition, concrete, asphalt paving, utilities, precast concrete walls, masonry, fully adhered membrane roofing, structural and miscellaneous metals, doors, windows and glazing, HVAC and DDC, plumbing, electrical and communications systems, fire alarm system, fire suppression, flooring, demountable wall systems, painting, and other miscellaneous work as required. In addition to a base price for the work described above, the solicitation includes Options. There will be a total of three Options.
