Tenders must be accompanied by a certified check equal to 10% of the amount of the tender and made out to the order of the Contracting Authority, Municipality of St-Ulric-De-Matane, or a tender bond, established at the same amount, valid for a period of 45 days from the date of opening of tenders. A performance bond and bond bond for wages, materials and services will be required at contract signing for this project.
