Renovation of a water / sewer project in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project consists of electrical improvements, bypass pumping, and concrete work at the existing Woodcrest Pump Station located at the intersection of Springdale Road & Spring Road in the Township of Cherry Hill. The general scope of work as a minimum shall include but not be limited to the following: 1. Prior to starting demolition trace and identify all conductors entering the existing control panel. 2. Disconnect and pull back all conductors to be reused. Clean out conduit seals to facilitate conductor pull. Reseal after conductors are installed. Remove and dispose of all equipment being replaced under this contract. All salvageable equipment shall be turned over to the owner. 3. Furnish and install a new pump control panel as specified herein. Precisely align all existing conduits with new cabinet conduit entry and drill holes as required. Extend concrete pad, consistent with NJDOT specifications and details contained herein, to match new control panel width. Reinstall existing conductors and terminate as shown on drawings. 4. Contractor shall replace all conductors damaged during demolition. 5. Reinstall existing Verbatim auto dialer and make all alarm connections as shown on the drawing. 6. Provide Bypass pumping during construction. 7. Furnish all documentation, testing, and certification as herein specified.
