Site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Tampa, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The project was awarded to CH2MHill /Jacobs. The Project consists of an expansion to the existing David L Tippin Water Treatment Facility including a new High Service Pump Station, New Chlorine Contact Basin, New BW Pump Station and Electrical Building, New Center Clearwell and modifications to the existing blending chamber, three clearwells, and Switchgear Electrical Building, and associated site civil, yard piping, electrical and I&C improvements. The project site is located at: 7125 North 30th Street, Tampa, FL 33602. The Owner is The City of Tampa (COT). The Design-Builder, CH2M HILL Engineers, Inc., is a fully owned subsidiary of Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. Wherever CH2M HILL or Jacobs is mentioned in the Contract Documents, they are one in the same.
