The Authority is seeking Grease Drainage System Preventative Maintenance Services. A material, either liquid or solid, composed primarily of fats, oils or grease from animal or vegetable sources. A drainage system, which all Food Service Facilities are required to have, consisting of Grease Traps, drainage lines and Grease Interceptors to capture and prevent the discharge of Grease, floating materials, gray water, bottom sludge, and solids from discharging into the sanitary sewer system. Question and Clarification Deadline:September 6, 2022, 5:00pm Final Addendum posted:September 14, 2022, 5:00pm Notification of Intent to Award posted:October 5, 2022 Award by Authority Board:November 3, 2022, 8:41am SC4-C4 Boardroom - SkyCenter The Term of the Contract is February 1, 2023 through January 31, 2028 with three, (1) year renewal options at the sole discretion of the CEO. The Authority will have the right to terminate the Contract by giving thirty (30) days written notice to the Awarded Respondent. Refer to Attachment A, Sample Contract for specific provisions of the Contract relating to Term, termination, renewals, rights and obligations and end of Term transition. The Authority does not guaranty work or any amount of work to the Awarded Respondent during the Term of the Contract.
