Port Tampa Bay (PTB) is advertising an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the construction of a new Dock at Hookers Point including demolition of existing wood dock, driving new precast concrete pilings, installation of new concrete decking, installation of water and power utilities on the dock, and installation of a new boat lift. PTB encourages the use of registered Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firms to the greatest extent possible on projects and has a goal of nine percent (9%) SBE participation. PTB will consider SBE participation when evaluating the responses.
