Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a civil project in Millsap, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the addition of a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.

Expansion of an existing 1.0 MGD WTP to 2.0 MGD, including new river intake transfer pumps, a new raw water floating transfer pump station, new MF feed pumps, expansion of the existing membrane building, relocation of the existing MF skids, relocation of the existing RO skid, installation of a new RO skid, expansion of the existing MF/RO splitter box, new solids handling and land application system, new chemical feed systems including a two chemical chlorine dioxide system and a new chlorine gas feed system, replacement of the existing high service pump station building, new high service pumps, relocation of hydropneumatic tank No. 1, and installation of piping for a new RO reject line and discharge location. Additive alternative items include replacement of the existing MF system and installation of additional high service pumps. Due to the ongoing pandemic situation, a traditional pre-proposal conference for the Project will not be held. Instead, interested proposers may coordinate with Parker County SUD personnel to request individual site visits of the Parker County SUD's WTP, during the weeks of January 4-15, 2021. *This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis.
