Estimated Cost: $492,195.00 - $518,100.00. The Work consists of a new 391 square foot (17'x23') pre-manufactured restroom building including fixtures and finishes. Restroom building consists of a Men's Restroom with one (1) water closet, one (1) urinal, one (1) sink and one (1) baby-changing shelf; a Women's Restroom with two (2) water closets, one (1) sink, and one (1) baby changing shelf; and a utility chase. Scope of work also includes, but not limited to site demolition, on-site utilities, grading, landscape, irrigation, plumbing and electrical. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division One General Requirements; selective demolition, anti-graffiti coating, pre-fabricated restroom buildings, facility water distribution, facility sanitary sewerage, low voltage electrical power conductors and cables, control-voltage electrical power cables, grounding and bonding for electrical systems, hangers and supports for electrical systems, raceway and boxes for electrical systems, sleeves and sleeve seals for electrical raceways and cabling, overcurrent protective device coordination study, switchboards, earthwork, grading, excavation, site clearing, trenching, hot-mix asphalt paving, Portland cement concrete pavement, concrete curbs gutters, irrigation systems, planting, water utility distribution piping, disinfection of water utility distribution, and sanitary sewerage using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications herein.
