As of April 15, 2019, this proposals are under review for a new engineering firm. Design is expected to commence April 2019, with GC bidding to commence by June 2019. Previous bid is included here for reference purposes: **Bidders are hereby informed that the project is postponed until further notice. No bids will be accepted for the project at this time. Project estimated cost": $200,000.00 - $235,000.00 The project is divided into two (2) bid schedules. Bid Schedule 1 includes constructing the Snow Removal Equipment (SRE) Building similar to how the building was constructed prior to the building burning down. Foundation and stem walls will be reused and will include timber framing, metal siding, overhead door, walk in doors, roofing, electrical, and restoring power to two hydraulic gates. Bid Schedule 2 includes upgrades to the building, including a second overhead door, insulation, heating, updated LED lighting, and a trench drain that drains to an exterior holding tank outside the building. No bids will be received after the specified hour and date and may not be withdrawn after the time fixed for opening them. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in the bids and reject any and all bids. No bids will be considered in which the Proposal, Specifications or any provisions have been modified. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. The bidder must supply all information required by the bid or proposal forms and specifications. Each bid must be accompanied either by a certified check, payable to Pinedale Airport Board in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, or by a Bid Bond in a like amount and executed by an approved surety company. The check or bond will be retained by the Owner as liquidated damages if the successful bidder refuses or fails to enter into contract and performance bond in accord with his bid within fifteen (15) days after date of notification of award. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by Blueprint Specialties will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. The Pinedale Airport Board, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, all enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
