This bid has been developed specifically for removal of snow piles from district parking lots. This bid may not be the same as previous solicitations for this type. Therefore, all bidders are urged to review this bid package in detail before submitting their bid. The Central Office must receive sealed written Replies to this Invitation no later than the date, time and location indicated above. Fax and email replies will not be accepted. Any questions or requests for clarification regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than September 29, 2022, 1:00 PM. INTENT SCSD#1 is seeking help clearing snow piles from district parking lots and other areas for the approaching winter. Snow will be piled in the parking lots and left until it becomes a hazard. As necessary the piles will be moved from the parking lot and dumped east of the middle school parking lot. The successful bidder will move piles of snow from the District parking lots, including but not limited to: Pinedale Aquatic Center, Wrangler Gym, Pinedale High School, and other parking lots as necessary. Relocating these piles to the area east of the middle school parking lot can happen during the school day. Bidder will provide the District a list of the personnel and equipment they plan on using for removal of snow piles and the cost per hour of operation. Operating time will be the time actually moving snow and reasonable time to and from the site. This agreement does not guarantee any of work or compensation to the successful bidder in the event there is no need for removal of snow piles. PURPOSE The purpose of this RFP is to select a vendor with the competencies, expertise and resources necessary to assist Sublette County School District # 1 with removal of snow piles during the coming months. The selected vendor will work under the direction and supervision of Sublette County School District # 1's Director of Operations.
