Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pinedale, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sublette County School District # 1 seeks proposals from qualified contractors to replace partial system of the roof on the Pinedale Middle School and complete repairs to sections of the Pinedale High School roof. It is the intent of Sublette County School District #1 to contract the work with a qualified and experienced contractor/vendor hereinafter Any questions or requests for clarification regarding the RFP must be submitted no later than March 17, 2023 by 10 am. Questions or requests for clarification must be submitted to Mr. Jeryl Fluckiger, Director of Operations, Administration Building, by fax at 307-367-3485, or via email at jfluckiger@sub1.org. Award by School Board April 13, 2023 Notice to Proceed April 14, 2023 Project completion due August 16, 2023 Sublette County School District # 1 shall not be liable for costs incurred by vendors for proposal preparation, printing, or demonstration. All such costs shall be the responsibility of the vendor. Proposals shall include all charges and applicable taxes, FOB jobsite, Pinedale, Wyoming. Sublette County School District # 1 reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to waive informalities. It is the intent of the Sublette County School District #1 to have this project completed prior to by August 16, 2023.
