Site work and paving for a road / highway in Pinedale, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
All bidders are required to have proof of liability and workman s compensation insurance with their bid. Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid lump sum shall accompany each bid. The bid security will be retained by the Town of Pinedale as liquidated damages should the successful bidder refuse or fail to enter into contract agreement within ten (10) days after notification of award. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of not less than 100% of the contract price. The right is reserved by the Town of Pinedale to reject any and all bids.
