**As of October 05, 2023, project was awarded to Bassco Services Inc, awarded amount is $397,716.57.** Materials, labor, services, transportation & complete construction of a 20,000 gallon jet A tank installation. No bid may be considered unless accompanied by a bid guarantee of 5% of the total bid amount, which shall be forfeited if the bidder is awarded the Contract and fails to enter into a Contract with the Owner. Wyoming State Statutes provide for a 5% preference to Wyoming contractors. Wyoming contractors must submit proof of statute compliance with the bid. The Town of Pinedale reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive all informalities and may accept any proposal which in its opinion best serves its interests. ENGINEERS OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: $350,000 - $380,000
