Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Pinedale, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Any questions or requests for clarification regarding the Letter of Interest must be submitted no later than January 12, 2022, 10:00 AM. Questions or requests for clarification must be submitted to Mr. Jeryl Fluckiger, Director of Operations, Administration Building, by fax at 307-367-3485, or via email at jfluckiger@sub1.org. Sublette County School District # 1 shall not be liable for costs incurred by vendors for proposal preparation, printing, or demonstration. All such costs shall be the responsibility of the vendor. Proposals shall include all charges and applicable taxes, FOB jobsite, Pinedale, Wyoming. Sublette County School District # 1 reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to waive informalities. Evaluation of existing HVAC systems for the middle and high schools and other facilities on the main campus. Phase I will include methods to improve air quality including filtration / disinfection to reduce airborne infectious aerosol exposure. This phase will include Pinedale Elementary School. Phase II will include evaluation, design, and possible replacement of existing HVAC components in the middle and high school buildings, and other facilities on the main campus.
