Steel, Rough Carpentry, Casework, Solid Surface, Finish Carpentry, Frames/Doors/Hardware, Coiling/Sectional Doors, Glass/Glazing, Metal Stud Framing, Drywall, Tile, ACT, Painting, Specialties, Kitchen Equipment, Furnishings, Fire Suppression, Plumbing/Hydronics, HVAC, Electrical/Low Voltage, Special Systems, and a Pre-Engineered Metal Building. As of August 4, 2025, construction is underway and began in June of 2025. Completion is expected in the third quarter of 2026.
