Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Skykomish, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,001-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.
This solicitation is for the construction at one (1) Project Site. The Contractor shall provide labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform construction services, including, but not limited to, installation of Owner furnished Radio Tower, prefabricated Shelter which includes Generator Assembly, and HVAC, and Contractor furnished above ground Fuel Tank. Work shall also include site and road improvement. The Contractor will not be responsible for obtaining rights of entries, site leases and building permits, nor will it be responsible for installing the electronic communications equipment at the Sites. Not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price. Submit all inquiries in writing via email to the Contract Specialist.
