THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request on Northwest Facilities Maintenance and Construction BPA. This project consists of construction for the Skykomish Ranger Station (Building 1144). The major construction efforts include but are not limited to the removal, salvage, and re-installation of the existing standing seam metal roof; furnish and install new panels for the existing penetrated panels; removal and replacement of approximately 1/3 (7 Sq.) of the decking and asphalt felt underlayment; furnish and install new premium high-temp/ice dam protection self-adhered underlayment on top of the existing and new asphalt underlayment; prep and paint the existing rakes and fascia boards; remove and install new pipe vent flashing, ridge vent, end caps, drip edge, and rake flashing; remove the former furnace flue and cap (5' section remains); remove and furnish and install new gutters with gutter shield, downspouts, and splash blocks; remove and replace the damaged soil stack tee and roof vent pipe; furnish and install new roof vent snow guards for stack pipes; demo and furnish and install new bathroom fan with light with new gable vent and insulated flex duct; and improve the soffit ventilation. This is a competitive request under a previously issued BPA. We are not looking to add new contractors to the BPA at this time. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
