Site work for a civil project in Skykomish, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Submit all inquiries in writing via email to the Contract Specialist. No verbal answers by any County personnel or its agents and consultants will be binding on the County. This solicitation is for the construction at one (1) Project Site. The Contractor shall provide labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform construction services, including, but not limited to, installation of Owner furnished radio tower. Work shall also include site and road improvements. The Contractor will not be responsible for obtaining rights of entries, site leases and building permits, nor will it be responsible for installing the electronic communications equipment at the site. Not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price. This information is available in alternate formats for individuals with disabilities upon advance request by calling 206-263-9400, TTY Relay: 711. Bids received after Sealed Bid Time will not be considered. Bidders accept all risks of late delivery, regardless of fault. King County is not responsible for any costs incurred in response to this Invitation to Bid.
