Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. Working plans call for the construction of a medical facility.

As of September 23 2019, this project's 1 phase is complete and they will starting on phase 2 in October 2019, there is a contractor, funding is being used to complete phase 1 of the new regional hospital. Phase 1 consisted of building a new regional hospital excluding an operation room and patient rooms. Phase 2 is to complete construction of a new surgical service at Regional Sierra Vista Hospital for the City of Truth or Consequences, Village of Williamsburg, City of Elephant Butte and the County of Sierra. This will include 10,000 square feet of surgical services including 2 operating rooms, 1 endoscopy room, 3 pre-operative rooms, 3 post-operative rooms and central sterile room. This project will also include the completion of 12 inpatient beds at the Regional Sierra Vista Hospital. Sierra County will be the lead in this project.
