The City of Truth or Consequences in Sierra County will update the City's Comprehensive Plan. The Comprehensive Plan will be focused on the community's physical development over the next 15-20 years and will be related to the goals and policies of the City of Truth or Consequences. The Comprehensive Plan will be developed with input from all segments of the community and include, at a minimum, the following elements: land use, housing, transportation, infrastructure, economic development, water, hazards, business loop visioning, and implementation. All potential Offerors are to read, understand and accept the requirements of this Request for Proposal. Failure to comply with the instructions, terms and conditions, and specifications of this Request for Proposal (RFP) may result in your proposal being classified as non-responsive. This Request for Proposal will result in a single source award. New Mexico criminal law prohibits bribes, gratuities and kickbacks. (13-1-191 NMSA 1978).
