Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. Working plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility.
As of October 29, 2025, this project will have a request for proposals go out; however, a timeline has not yet been determined. The City reserves the right to cancel the ITB at any time. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the company name, ITB number and due date. Bid packets shall contain (3) packets, (1) marked Original and (2) marked Copy. All questions pertaining to this project should be directed to the Finance Director/City Acting Procurement Officer, Ms. Holguin 575-740-7323, or jholguin@torcnm.org. Deadline for questions 12/31/2024 at 2:00 PM- answer to questions TBD. Also recognized in the City of T or C website under the Purchasing page. The purpose of this is the City of T or C, is requesting construction services for the interior remodel to convert the old PNC bank into a fully functional police department, including some minor electrical work for the building which was purchased by the City for the sole purpose of converting into the new City Police Department.
