Site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Ruidoso, New Mexico. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

Complete Engineering and Design, Acquire Easements, Complete Environmental Studies, Purchase and Install prefabricated, and/ or steel decking bridges, and install all needed appurtenances and provide construction management services on Robin Road Bridge, Sleepy Hollow Bridge, Main Road No. 2 Bridge, McDaniels Bridge, North Loop Bridge, River Trail Bridge. Each of these bridges are partially funded by FEMA assistance related to the 2008 flood disaster event along the Rio Ruidoso. Engineering will be procured and awarded through an RFP process. Replacement of the bridges will be bid according to Federal, State, and Village procurement when construction funding becomes available. As of July 7, 2021 no new CIP issued, this project is currently in the FY 2022-2026 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2022.
